CLASSIC TOWN CLASSIC PUB
The Dromedary Hotel is a gorgeous old country pub dating from 1895 located in the beautiful National Trust village of Central Tilba, on the far south coast of NSW.
Surrounded by unspoilt Australian bush, in the shadow of the dramatic Mount Gulaga, ‘The Drom’ is a must-visit destination for anyone touring the unspoilt Eurobodalla region.
Where the lush green mountains of the Gulaga National Park meet the golden sands of the Pacific, sit on the verandah and soak up the ambience of Tilba's most iconic building!

LOCALS
Grab at spot at the bar or take your drink out onto the front porch at the ‘top of town’.
Pose for the paparazzi at Bullshit Corner, one of the most photographed spots in town! (Post it on Insta to feature in our Bullshit Gallery!)
Our beers, wines and spirits celebrate Australian producers and showcase local businesses. If a product is super tasty, great quality and made with passion on the South Coast of NSW, we love to list it! And we love to collaborate with regional producers wherever possible.
Our eight taps currently feature our very own Tilba Brewing Co beers as well as Resch’s, Carlton Draught, Toohey’s Old, and Great Northern mid-strength. Our eighth, rotating tap is reserved for guests, serving up whatever takes our fancy! At the moment, you'll usually find us showcasing the popular Stoic Brewing Co Mango or Blueberry Sours. Find out more about our own beers at www.tilbadistillingco.com.au
We're currently serving three of our own Tilba Brewing Co beers, the award-winning Palace Pale Ale, the Prospectors Amber Ale, and the Mystery Bay IPA - the last made with all-Aussie hops and malts. Or, new for Summer 24/25, try our delicious Weatherboard Lager, a refreshingly smashable mid-strength perfect for enjoying on a warm sunny day in Tilba.
Our beers are created and produced in collaboration with another South Coast family business, Stoic Brewing.
All our own beers are available in cans, and we always have the fridge stocked with an interesting selection of cans from our Gerringong-based partners. We have over 20 beers and ales to choose from, including a zero-alcohol option.
We’re such massive gin fans at the Drom that we make our own! After infusing our own gins for the last few years, this year we've made the move to distilling. This super exciting collaboration is with another local South Coast family-owned business, Nine Circles Distillery. Customers can now not only drink our delicious Tilba Distilling Co Rhubarb Gin in the pub, but also buy a bottle to take home. Check out our website www.tilbadistillingco.com.au to find out more!
As well as our own, there’s always around 20 more to choose from. Try North of Eden or Nine Circles, both from nearby Pambula. The rest are mostly Australian but there are a few doozies we’ve collected on our travels, from Scotland to Iceland. We serve them in gorgeous goblets with Capi tonic, lots of ice and a selection of fancy garnishes!
We offer excellent wines from some of Australia’s best-known wine-producing regions. We’re constantly revisiting our wine list, adding new labels every 6 weeks or so. And we keep our prices reasonable, making great wines accessible to all.
We also have a very carefully selected range of malt whiskies and bourbons. We're always adding new ones here - and drinking them! - so best to just call in and check them out yourself!
We believe in bringing the best of regional Australia to our customers. As well as many of the old favourites we are always trialing new and interesting new products from NSW and further afield.
