The Dromedary Hotel is a gorgeous old country pub dating from 1895 located in the beautiful National Trust village of Central Tilba, on the far south coast of NSW.

Our six taps currently feature Resch’s, Carlton Draught, Toohey’s Old, Great Northern mid-strength, Kosciuszko Pale Ale and our very own Drom Ale, brewed locally. In all, choose from over 20 beers and ales.
We offer excellent wines from some of Australia’s best-known wine-producing regions. We’re constantly revisiting our wine list, adding new labels every 6 weeks or so. And we keep our prices reasonable, making great wines accessible to all.
We’re massive gin fans at the Drom! There’s always at least 10 to choose from, including home-made rhubarb-infused and Buddha’s Hand-infused gins. While most of our gins are Australian, we also like to add a couple that we’ve collected on our travels. All are served with loads of ice, Capi tonic water and garnished with fresh botanicals.
We also have a very carefully selected single malt whisky offer.
We believe in bringing the best of regional Australia to our customers. As well as many of the old favourites we are always trialing new and interesting new products from NSW and further afield.
Due to the impact on the region of the recent bushfires we have paired down our menu for the remainder of the summer. This means we can be better organised to provide great quality, great value food for the remainder of the season.
Popular favourites are still on the menu! These include our chef's own homemade chicken schnitzel – or why not make it a Chicken Tilba’ with tomato bbq relish, bacon and Tilba Tasty cheese from the local cheese factory. Sort yourself out with the seafood treat of the Fisho’s plate – beer battered flathead, prawn cutlets and calamari, served w/chips, salad and tartare sauce.
We’ve also added some delicious Asian-inspired, healthy options.
We always have a couple of delicious vegetarian dishes and can also provide gluten free alternatives on some products.
We also have a kids menu. There’s something for everyone!
You’ll also find daily specials on the chalkboard in the bar.
And on Sundays, we usually offer a great value roast as one of our popular specials.

The Drom is open for food and drinks every day through the busy Summer holidays except Christmas Day, when we are closed so the team can take a well-earned break.
During peak periods we may serve a restricted food menu which allows us to satisfy very high demand over the holiday season.
Lunch is available 12-2pm and dinner is served 6-8pm, 7 days a week.
