A series of food events showcasing south coast producers and partners of the Dromedary Hotel.

Founders and operators of family-owned south coast brewery Steve and Andrew Prosser will present a selection of 6 delicious Stoic Brewing craft beers, imagined and created at their brewery in Gerringong, NSW.

Drom chef Mike will serving Deep South-inspired house-smoked brisket, kransky sausage links and pork ribs, charred corn on the cob and homemade cornbread and ‘slaw served with his own signature Jack Daniel’s Bourbon BBQ sauce!! Entertainment will be provided by Captain Ablit and the Bluetrash Band performing bluegrass and country covers.
