We’re  teaming up with boutique South Coast gin producer Nine Circles Distillery to deliver our next 'Put Some South in Your Mouth' experience  at the Dromedary Hotel.

Nine Circles Distillery is just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Pambula  River, surrounded by the beauty of pristine beaches, rolling hills and  great mountains of our beloved Far South Coast. Launched in just March  2022 Nine Circles' gin has been available at the Drom since Easter 2022  and is already a firm favourite amongst our ever-popular selection of  gins.

Join us for an exclusive event to learn from the distillers themselves about  the Nine Circles Distilling process, and taste this delicious gin,  served in a variety of ways. We’ll be pairing Nine Circles’ gin  cocktails with a carefully curated selection of generously sized  canapes, served to share, in the relaxed and intimate environment of our  cosy old Barn and there’ll be live music from South Coast-based duo  Mayfair Lane. On arrival, Narooma Oysters with natural and a spicy nahm jim dressing accompanied by a welcome G&T

Introduction and guided tasting of gins by Nine Circles Distillery’s distiller.

To follow, canapes of… - Duck liver parfait served with local shaved truffles from Gulaga Gold - Smoked salmon on corn blinis with horseradish cream and dill - Kingfish ceviche - Butter milk poached prawn cutlets with garlic infused mayonnaise - Kangaroo mignonettes with bush tomato chutney

To finish...Miniature lemon curd pavlova with chocolate twirl

Food will be accompanied by 3 further gin cocktails created and mixed by the Nine Circles team.
