Summer Saturdays' Session - Stitch

Bringing you the first of our Summer Saturdays' sessions; great free live music every weekend, all summer long!

Described as “the most unique duo on the south coast”, Tilba’s very own Stitch are the most unlikely fusion of bitchin’ banjo and classical bassoon, playing a veritable patchwork of mostly well-known covers from vintage jazz through to retro pop, stitched up like you’ve never heard them before!

Add into the mix tight close-harmony singing and scatting and you will be saying “what the?” and “I love it” in the same breath. Both professional musicians from remarkably different backgrounds, these days they are neighbours and regular gigging partners in crime!

Stitch were named Australian National Busking Championships’ 2020 Open Champions!

And fear no more - with new heating and lighting in our barn, we're now an all-weather venue! So if it's raining or blowing a gale, the show will go on!
