Sunday Arvo Session - Mark Austin

Mark Austin is a local solo musician/guitar teacher based in Narooma. He  predominantly plays cover songs from artists varying from Pink Floyd to  Powderfinger and Jimi Hendrix to the Red Hot Chili Peppers while also  sneaking in a few originals of his own. His  act revolves heavily around  looping the rhythm guitar and playing the leads over the top to create a  larger atmosphere and give a more true representation of the original  song. A great deal of his playing style has been inspired by the likes  of Mark Knopfler, Jimi Hendrix, David Gilmour, John Frusciante and Andy  Timmons to name a few. Don't miss Mark - another Drom fave!
