Sunday Arvo Session - Pickin' Thyme

Unique to the Far South Coast, Pickin Thyme draws together three experienced local musicians through their mutual love of toe-tapping bluegrass and related acoustic music styles.

Ralph Cullen (vocals, guitar, tin whistle) has played in bush bands, chamber folk ensembles and acoustic pop/rock groups, including at several festivals.

Fiona Cullen (vocals, guitar) has a background in Celtic ballads, musical theatre and choirs, including stage direction and band leadership.

Paul McMurray (banjo, mandolin, vocals) sets the core musical direction with his bright banjo style, having also performed with Steve Jackson and Damon Davies.

With their traditional upbeat bluegrass, new bluegrass stylings and the occasional musical surprise, Pickin Thyme won't disappoint!
